When my finger’s off the pulse (which is very rare), I’m enjoying a glass of natural wine and a meal that I probably already wrote about, sweating it out in a Pilates class, taking a stroll in my neighborhood with my two blind & deaf dachshunds, reading a Didion book, or, ideally, swimming in the oceans of another country.
